Takealot is kaaaakk****!

I have bought a TV at Takealot on the 26/11/2018 and was told my order will delivered on the 28/11/2018. Today is the 04/12/2018 and still waiting for my order, when I follow up they tellinge that my query is being excalated for the past couple of days even today I'm being told the same story. Will I ever get my TV?
