TAKEALOT IS *****ING MY MONEY

Ordered item from them, got the wrong item Logged a return Item got collected, but instead of being updated to "collected" - it was rescheduled. So the next day another person came to collect.. I informed them that its been collected and they rescheduled again.. so I phoned takealot and they said they will sort it. Just for the next day the same thing to happen. After about 2 weeks, they had to "log it again" in order to sort it - this is AFTER they have CONFIRMED that the item was indeed collected already. Its now been almost ANOTHER 2 WEEKS and I have not received any feedback. Not a reply or anything. TAKEALOT - YOU ARE NOW *****ING MY MONEY! YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE ITEM WAS COLLECTED. JUST REFUND ME SO WE CAN SETTLE THIS MATTER
