Takealot is *********** and useless as they come

TakeALot is the worst. Last year I ordered a phone and it was not delivered as scheduled, because they couriered it to the wrong facility Joburg instead of the one in Pretoria (my address clearly states I live in Pretoria after all) , fortunately it was cash on delivery so I canceled. Same thing Happened again when I was buying my mom a gift and now with my ring light and desk organizer. Same thing, clearly it's not a MISTAKE, it's deliberate. They didn't even inform me that they won't be delivering on the 30 July, I had to figure out out on my own Now I can't necessarily cancel, cause I made a payment already and I have read other reviews, that their refund policy is terrible. So imagine so much anxiety about your hard earned money and not knowing when you'll get your product. Highly disappointed in your quality of service, especially cause this is the third time this is happening, never again
