Takealot is *********** and not delivering what is ordered

I'm very disappointed because of the service I got from takealot, it's very poor. I ordered an 8 piece set of knives only to receive an incomplete order, some of the items are missing. How can you pack an order and send to a client before checking if everything is ok and the order is complete. Now I'm sitting here with an incomplete order which is not what I ordered, I'm even skeptical now and not sure if they are selling genuine stuff or ****. I'm angry
