Takealot is Horrible

I ordered a walking ring for my child & my child only used it once, before leaving for holiday, We came back and on second use, the wheel broke. Im dissapointed with the fact that they declined my return. It's not ever passed warranty & and it's only 2 months. And they don't send no feedback to let me know, I had to call them to find out.
