TAKEALOT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

I am SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! I ordered and paid for gumboots. Upon collecting my parcel from the BFN collection point, I felt the box was too light for gumboots. So I decided to open it there, only to find completely different items inside. The lady working there, Precilla helped me to do the return on my phone, which I did then and there. I did not take that box with me, I left it there and for some reason I had to explain that to different people 3-4 times now :-(

This has proved to be incredibly frustrating. It also made me decide not to use them anymore or advise others not too. Rather use a proper customer based, person to person platform rather to go online, where you struggling endlessly when they ****** up.

It has been a whole week and still no refund! It seemd there are a lot of confusion taking place surrounding this order.

I demand my money back WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY as well as compensation for my petrol YOU MADE ME WASTE for driving to pick up something that was sent incorrectly!

I am appauled by this service!!!!!
