TAKEALOT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

I have lost count on how many times I have returned products to them because they either stopped working or they delivered the incorrect item altogether. My last return was the latter, they credited my account but I could not refund the amount into my bank account because they blocked this feature. I provided them with my banking details and they told me the payment failed. HOW?!! They refunded me for a separate matter just this week. It is the exact same banking details.
