TakeaLot truly honours their warranty commitment. This is good old-fashioned honesty that one can rely on. My wife bought a new (expensive) mobile phone through Takealot. On arrival we found the phone to be faulty. Samsung was not helpful at all. We reverted to the Takealot warranty and followed their really simple claim procedure. A few days later the courier arrived with a replacement phone and returned the faulty device to TakeaLot. Happiness!
