Takealot is holding me responsible for their mistake and is black mailing me

I've had a nightmare of an experience with Takealot. Their service delivery team is a disaster and their customer care team is even worse. I ordered a product, got sent the wrong product, which I gave away because I can't use the silly product that they sent to me by mistake and now they are holding me responsible for their mistake and won't send me the product, which I paid for, until I can reproduce the product that THEY mistakenly sent. They have ****** from me and now are black mailing me!
