Takealot is great until you need a response from them....

Resorting to posting this as there seems to be absolutely no way to get hold of anyone at Takealot - if you call you are on hold until you are cut off - if you email no one responds, but you get several emails from different people with different messages, which in turn also differ from the website tracker. If anyone at Takealot cares about customers- please call me re a laptop I returned which I am still waiting to hear about.
