Takealot is going down the Drains

This is now the 8th time I have had serious issues with Takealot. 7 of my problems is orders that was delivered that is completely wrong and had to be sent back and it takes forever to get your replacement items!!!!

Now this one takes the cake and Takealot customer service is basically telling me I am lying never ever do that to your customers without the correct proof!!!!! And I have all the proof that the Item was not Delivered. I also have all the proof this item was delivered at the wrong address with screen shots. I also have the proof that I did not sign for it or any of the other 2 people on my property I also have proof where my property is and the property where it was delivered with screen shots on google earth as to show where and what the actuall distance is from my property and can also send the links on Google earth.

I have no idea what has happenend to Takealot but it is going down the DRAINS with the type of service they have started giving there Customers and the customer service staff is Useless
