TakeAlot is going down!!!
For 10 years I sold jewelery on Bidorbuy and they did not look after their Sellers so all of the Sellers moved over to TakeAlot.com and loom where Bopshop is today.
I sell jewelery and quite often when selling jewelery online, Sellers get their ringsize wrong. I started selling on TakeAlot 2 months ago and have had returns where ther the customer stated the item did not fit them and yet because of something that is clearly not my fault, my account was suspended.. I immediately followed the instructions to have my account reinstated.
I have been contacting TakeAlot numerous time to get this problem resolved and all they can tell me is to wait, they will eventually get to my problem. In TakeAlot 's rules, it states that problems will be.resolved in 3-5 working days however I have been waiting over 2 weeks with no response.
If you are thinking of selling on TakeAlot, you need to know that they doe not care about their Sellers and do not even carry to respond to problems that effect their Sellers making them Bidorbuy 2.0. I would suggest we show them how we did it with Bidorbuy and move over to Amazon SA, just to show them that they do not own any Sellers and Sellers are free to leave whenever they want.
