Takealot is going down

I do not know what happen to takealot.com it used to be a good online retailer but sad to say that is the past. We ordered package from takealot and never arrived on the day it should be delivered. I was on the line waiting for the call center to pick up the phone for 30 min. When they answer they said they told the "courier it" to deliver it few days later but on the app it should have arrived already. The next day "courier it" driver phones and said he is outside the house, we walked out nobody. We phoned him back just to find out he is not in trichardt, he is in polokwane. We try to phone takealot again but no answer
