Takealot is giving me trouble returning an item that does not match the description and picture.

I placed an order for a baby feeding chair that looks black with flat Rosegold legs on the picture as advertised by takealot.com, upon delivery I receive a black chair with tubular khaki/beige leges that I then contacted takealot.com for returns, without even assembling the item as I was disappointed.

Now takealot.com is sending me back the item and in the email they send me all the pointers of the return policy, without telling me which one the item does not meet and they are sending me the item back.

I am not getting a proper customer care channel to log in this complaint by them, I am just getting surveys of rate the product and the service.

Please help me to get takealot.com to give me my refund or at least deliver to me what they have advertised.
