Takealot is Gettingitwrongalot !!

I have been trying to order Coffee Sachets now, I select the Nescafe Classic Orange and red Packaging for R 596.00. And they keep sending Nescafe Classic red for R 399.00. I have sent samples as well as a piece of the Box from the Orange and Red Nescafe Box back with notes explaining what they sending me is incorrect. and they keep getting it wrong.
