TAKEALOT IS GETTING WORSE

I purchased a video light and it was for emergency when it got delivered I note some pieces were missing. I contacted takealot customer care and experience was very bad, only to be told it will be collected shortly and I waited 3 days for the incomplete delivery to be collected. After three other days from collected I had to do another follow-up because I was told it will be sorted between 2 to 3 days but nothing was done, only to be told it has not reached their warehouse.

On my tracker takealot app shows it was delivered to me yet it has been already collected.

Takealot services are getting bad by day, they is no urgency and priority
