Takealot is full of ****

I ordered a 2 plate gas stove from takealot the 09th of May and due to being busy with renovations i did not open nor check if all my stuff was in there as my husband was told at the pick up point that they checked in and everything was there. I opened it last week just to find that one of the pot stands was not in there, logged a return took it back to the pick up point just for them to tell me they cannot accept my return as i didnt notify them within 7 days - mind you i never used this darn thing. This utter bull****, because for faulty products they have a 6 month warranty. I want my money back and i want it back now
