Takealot is **********.

I bought a powerbank from Takealot and it failed a few weeks before the 6month guarantee had expired so I sent it back for a refund. Takealot refused to pay back the refund because of an accessory that was apparently not returned with it. We never received this accessory with the powerbank and the supplier that supp**** the power bank confirmed that they did not include that accessory in the first place. So Takealot just looked for a loophole to not pay back our money. We are still awaiting their response. Takealot is going backwards and it would not surprise me if they eventually close down. Customers are not their 1st priority anymore.
