Takealot is failing to deliver my order,they keep making up excuses to reschedule,it's almost a week now

I placed my order last week Thursday morning,my delivery was scheduled for the next day (Friday), Friday I received an SMS saying that my order is out for delivery it will arrive before 5,I waited hence I used my work address for delivery,16:18 that's when I saw a message that my order was delivered in a wrong courier facility they are rerouting it and it will be rescheduled.Monday they didn't contact me, Tuesday morning 7 o'clock I received an SMS again saying that my order will arrive before 5,it's in Alberton Newmarket,mind you that's like 30 minutes drive to my work place,ok at 12:30 they sent me another SMS saying that my order was out for delivery it will arrive before 5,I waited,and I was wondering what was happening because till 4 pm still didn't receive anything, then likewise,at 16:28 that's when they sent me an SMS saying that my order has been delayed, insufficient address,they will contact me to verify,to my suprise again this morning they sent me an SMS that my order will be delivered today before 5,and they haven't verified anything,you know why? because there's nothing that needs to be verified,I used a valid address,I'm wondering what excuse will they make up today,these people are such a night mare, Hello Peter please help me..I'm so annoyed by this,it's either they refund my money today before half past 4,or they deliver my order.Hopefully if they will finally deliver,they will deliver the right working item that I ordered, cause I have been going through their reviews on Facebook yhoooo it's crazy,I wish I did that before placing an order from them yhooooo
