TakeALot is failing me

10 Jan 2024, logged a return for my Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 Smart Pressure Cooker (6L) because it had a fualt and wouldnt work giving me a C6L error. The return was processed and I took it to the pick up point. It was sent back the supplier who said they couldn't pick pick up the error and they returned it to me. i try to use it and i get the error again. Now takealot just isnt helping. If i dont get a reply i will be logging this issue with the ombudsman
