Takealot is faceless and useless

I bought something for R404 and paid. I realised I made a mistake and requested Takelot to cancel the order (same day). They said no, they can't. I must receive, then request to return. I then bought the correct item for R559. Next day day I noticed they cancelled the R559 order and not the R404 one like I requested. They then promised to provide R559 credit. I saw the credit for R559 the next morning and I went ahead and purchased R559 item. The order was then cancelled by Takealot after I paid and it said “We're sorry to let you know that we have had to cancel order ********** 4, as we have not received payment”. In the meantime I received a R309 credit for the R404 item I returned. I have now run out of patience with this because I have paid R404 and R559 and got nothing for it. I provided a bank statement requesting them to refund me becasue I have had enough and will not be using them in future. Takelot is now a faceless business and all communication is via the internet where either your request is messed up or it is ignored. I am stuck with an incorrect credit of R868 (should have been R963) and I don't think I will get it back.
