Takealot is exasperating

<p>I recently decided to stop using takealot because of disgusting service and attitude. I had a credit balance there of R521 though. I sent through a query requesting some help in getting this refunded to me. I got no reply but takealot took it upon themselves to refund the amount into one of my bank accounts. The original payment, which was refunded due to damaged stock being returned and irreplaceable, was paid with a credit card. The account they paid into is one that I am no longer active on. They probably had the details from an EFT made a long time ago, and just used it to save them the hassle of asking me how I would like the amount refunded. I am totally exasperated at the attitude of takealot. I requested help. The decent thing to do was to ask me how I want the amount refunded, or at the very least, refund it back to the credit card. Not that I needed any more reason to back off from takealot, but this is ridiculous. I will never ever do business with this company again and I plan to make it known to every consumer-oriented person just how badly takealot deals with people. Please may I request that takealot not contact me again. I have had enough and don't believe that speaking to anyone who falsely tries to resolve an issue is unnecessary. </p>
