Takealot is ****!

The worst online company. I ordered a chair it was delivered with rust on the frame, scuff marks and tear on the seat lining, broken clip on the back rest, no instruction booklet or warranty. They sent me a return collection date 15/05/2023 - Today is 17/05/2023 and nothing! Numerous emails sent and I get a "we will collect when we are are ready" response - This is unacceptable as I paid for an item upfront that was not as advertised! I want to be refunded!
