Takealot is dropping the ball or it can't deal with the influx of purchases

This is the first time I have encountered poor service from Takealot like this. I placed an order on 09 June 2023 and was advised on the 27th that my order was cancelled. I requested the refund the same day. The order was processed the same day, and the promise was that my refund would reflect in my account within five working days. To my surprise, the refund was reversed, and communication was kept from me. I have been sent from one consultant to the next. How is it challenging to refund my money into my account as you took it from my account?

This is very poor, especially in these financially challenging times. Competitors are watching the space if you aren't pulling up your socks.
