Takealot is dragging their feet to give me my missing remote

I sent my smart tv with its accessories for repairs on the 26 May 2022 and it got returned on the 21 June 2022 however I noticed that my remote was not there and I logged a ticket on their website regarding the matter on the same day. I’ve been pleading takealot to resolve this matter since and I believe they have failed me cause they have not come up with a solution and tomorrow will mark 2 weeks of me trying to get my remote back. The issue I have with them is that they only give me an update only if I log tickets every other day
