Takealot is dishonest & unreliable!

I placed an order that was due on 13 July, I waited the entire day for a call from the delivery man just to discover a message 12 minutes after it was sent to me to find out if I am available to which I immediately respond yes to get a response that he already left. He said he called which was not true. I called the call center which then promised it will be delivered the next morning early on the 14th, it is now 13h04 and I have been waiting at the security complex gate for hours after multiple calls again to the call center with more empty promises that my delivery will be prioritised and immediately be delivered and a call which I am still waiting for! I am losing 2 days of my life for something that were to be convenient but instead a total disruption and irritation.
