Takealot is dishonest in their reviews

<p>Recently purchased monster ncredible headphones and they snapped on the bridge they are not even a year old I tried so leave a review for future buyers but my review is not being processed, I read in another review related to the same topic takealot rep**** that the process is manual. In my personal opinion coming from a software engineering background I think that's just an excuse and it can be automated using sentiment analysis and other processes so there you guys have it takealot makes false claims which is just a nice way of saying we will never look at your reviews that's why we keep it manual </p>
