Takealot is dishonest and ********* and their service is pathetic

I bought an ebook from takealot yesterday, followed all the necessary steps to download it but there is no download option for the ebook even though it is in my takealot Digital library. I emailed them a few times but they don't do anything. This is absolutely unacceptable because they basically stole my money !!! It's pathetic and I will tell everyone how ********* and dishonest takelot is !!!
