Takealot is dishonest and telling blatant lies about nobody being home

We have been in the house for the last 2 days waiting for take-a-lot to deliver our order. We have received no phone call or sms to say someone is outside or on their way. Somehow both times on take-lot's log it is recorded that there was nobody home to take delivery and will have to reschedule. This is a blatant lie, the house if full of people as we are under lock-down. We have received no call or sms. Shame on you for the lies. Such despicable and dishonest service. Quick to take our money but lying when you must deliver our products.
