Takealot is dishonest and inefficient!

Takealot has just posted on their system that they delivered my order (for which I paid R95 extra to have it delivered TODAY) and that I signed for it. I reality, nobody was near my house today. Now they are not picking up their phones. So not only did they ***** my parcel, there is also nobody around to fix the problem. This is extremely infuriating!
