Takealot is dishonest

Takealot does not keep to pricing advertised instead they advertise at a certain price and blame it on a supplier when they cannot deliver. I purchased a lamp advertised for around R280 only to be sent just the shade cover, upon enquiry they promised that once they collect the item only then will they replace it. So agreed to send back the piece delivered not realising that it was just a way for them to get back what they accidently sent. I sent mails showing that the item was promised to be replaced however they claimed its an error and my mail/s going foward were ignored. All takealot needed was for the incorrect item to be sent back so they **** in order to collect the item. This is extremely poor client service and other clients need to know that this is what they do. They credited my takealot account without asking and just did as they pleased. I would rather shop instore but Takealot **** to me and this is not the first time that this has happened. Be weary of this online shopping website, very dishonest
