Takealot is disgusting

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. they thrive themselves on speedy delivery. I placed my order on 2 October, to receive it before my daughters birthday Today 11 October. After many calls and emails, still no results to track my parcel. yesterday I was told by an agent that the DC in Durban has said I will get it when I get it. To receive an email this morning, after sending one trying to locate my order, stating the parcel was damaged in transit, delaying my order a further week. on phoning to now cancel the order, i get attitude from the agent on the call because i am cancelling the order and requesting a refund into my bank account. Takealot has become useless, and the lack of customer service is shocking. I am highly disgusted by the lack of comitment to their 3-5 day delivery time, and lack of service
