Takealot is disgraceful!

I ordered a pasta machine about 3 weeks ago. I received it. When trying it was tight and felt rusty and the gears would not turn so the dough could be fed through. I logged a return which was easy enough and I received my replacement machine today. To my disgrace, the machine is physically damaged, I have taken photos of each imperfection. Even the box it came in was damaged like I was provided another customers damaged goods. I want takealot to come fetch their machine and give my money back. Takealot can be sure I will never buy or refer to them again!
