Takealot is delaying orders and no update about the where bout of the order

I haven't received my #*** order from takealot that I was supposed to received yesterday on 13th May 2025 and there's no update on the app I don't what going with my order takealot is delaying orders and not respond if write emails. Can I have my order it isurgently needed as im about to change location and iam being held up by takealot
