Takealot is definitely taking a lot

I have bought an SD Card and upon receiving the parcel it was the wrong item. I let them know the same day of the mistake. A week later I was asked to package the wrong item and bring it to the Potchefstroom outlet and then wait another 3 days for them to review it. I still do not know if they will deliver the item I already paid for.
