Takealot is completely *********** !!!

I ordered a Swarovski necklace but instead got some other **** in my parcel. If takealot dsnt have competent people packing then rather not offer ur useless service. Looking forward to AMAZON coming to SA. These monopoly companies think they can do just what they want! I’ll never use takealot again!!!
