Takealot is comfortable with poor service.

Takealot is getting too comfortable with poor service,March 2023 I ordered freezer as a birthday gift it was sent to wrong harbor and arrived late. Now I bought staff for Christmas 12 December, delay on delivery email says I'll receive January 2025, things I bought for Christmas??. There's no way I'm buying on this app ever again, I'm very patient but this is pure nonsense. Very frustrating and unreliable.
