Good day have paid order number*** on the 11th November 2024 and the delivery date was the 20th of November 2024 2 days before our year end function on the 23rd of November 2024. Now I note that the date has been changed to the 24th of November 2024 4 days too late for the year end function I need it for. Please how can you help me to get it before Saturday!!! According to your T's & C's I may cancel order, if not already dispatched. Its not yet shipped. I phoned and did send email to say this order must be cancelled but they say I cannot cancel.
