TAKEALOT is BULLSH*T

PATHETIC after sales service. USELESS feedback from customer complaints. NON-EXISTENT follow-up and ZERO follow through in resolution process.

I purchased a MacBook Pro 13 Inch battery from TakeALot in December 2019, which had a 1 yr guarantee printed on the box. This battery exploded in September 2020. I contacted the useless HELP centre, and have dealt with several different people over the past 4 months. NO ONE HAS HELPED AT ALL.

I still do not have an invoice for this item. I still do not know when I am going to be refunded.

TakeALot also does not respond to their customers. Direct request are ignored. Email responses are vague and do not address the issues queried or questioned.

Don't waste your money on TakeALot - these guys are scaly c**ts.
