Takealot is bull****

I bought Facial cleansing kit and upon delivery. It didn't power up. Changed the batteries 3 times but still no power. Took it back for drop of at Richard's Bay branch on the 6th of December 2021. Till today no one is willing to give me an explanation instead I'm told I cancel the return. This guy's are ****** and they can take their business where the sun doesn't shine. I bought that item for my girlfriend and I need it replaced
