TakeAlot Is Becoming Useless!!!!

I placed an order on the 31 May 2019 and made instant payment. On the 1 June 2019 parcel was shipped from Takealot warehouse and is in transit to courier facility. I contact them on 3 June 2019 to find out when will the parcel get to me. A lady by the name of Melissa said they were shipping the products from Cape to JHB and then from there they will ship it to Durban. I have purchased many items on Takealot and its never done this before. It is now 6 June and the tracking option on their website is still saying in transit from takealot warehouse to courier facility. it has been 5 days since i made payment on this order and still havent recieved my goods. Takealot has really become a **** place to do online shopping!!!
