Takealot is becoming like Wish

I have received several defective products lately and on one occasion an unsealed ,obviously used, item. Many of the reviews on the Takealot website from previous buyers, also allude to quality issues on delivery. Takealot should vet their vendors more stringently and return to the level of quality seen before. Cant fault Takealot on their service level but the inconvenience of returning is not a pleasant experience.
