TAKEALOT IS BASED ON FALSE PROMISES AND LIES

On 12 July, I ordered/bought a laptop. Delivery was scheduled for 13 July before 17h00. On 13 July @ 13h50, their order tracker is updated saying I am on available for the delivery therefore they are rescheduling. Mind you, I am home waiting for the delivery and no one bothered to phone me. I phone call centre and I am told they will investige and get back to me ( so called call centre agent (Aeysha E). Sends me email claiming to investigate and will provide feedback. But guess what? No feedback by 14 July 17h00 and no delivery. So, to anyone wanting to order from this Takealot online thing, STAY AWAY and save yourself from disappointment by an unreliable business stuffed by dishonest people who will will blantany lie on their platforms. It is now 14 July 2024 @ 17h30 no laptop and on their tracker platform it is updated that I am not available for delivery, but again no phone call no email. Thank you takealot, I hope you business thrive and becomes the best in the world. As for me you have lost a customer forever.
