Takealot is bad news- Buy at own risk!!!!!

I bought a baby stroller , when it arrived it wasn't as shown on picture and i returned it. Takealot does not allow you to take your return to their pickup point but they send someone to pick it up. I wrapped my package but it was picked up, was shocked to be told that they can not take it back because of the condition it was in and remember, the third party who is the driver they dismiss and blame me. I took back the package, took it to be packaged well and filed another return, this time they said there are tags missing. To me ,this is all a game to not take back the item.

The cot i bought the stroller with when I opened it , it was chipped & I was just so tired of returning it and be told stories.

You would swear takealot sells second hand products and once they have your money, and you are unhappy with the product, they play tricks with you .

I didnt even want my money back - I wanted a different stroller!
