Takealot is awesome!

#BlackFriday I have been a loyal Takealot supporter for the past 10 years and I have to say the service is excellent. Any issue I have had, it was immediately resolved. The return process is quick and easy with no hassles for refunds. I placed an order for my son's birthday and the delivery date was after the day I needed the delivery by. I called Takealot and spoke to a customer service rep who was extremely helpful. The order ended up being delivered 3 days before the estimated date. I was over the moon and so relieved. I am loving the convenience of Takealot.com which is always growing with wider range of products. Keep up the excellent service.
