Takealot Is Avoiding giving my refund

I was supposed to be refunded by take alot on a item, they told me it was done kn the 23rd of july 2020. I still haven't recieved anything, I was told to wait a certain amount of days then go to my bank i went to the bank and they check and showed that no refund was made at all by take alot. I've dealt with atleast 7 different agents on this. Not one was able to help, all say the say thing in the email responses and then stop responding after 1 email. Ive sent them bank statements aswell as proof that no refund was recieved. Appalling service. No concrete information from anyone to put me at ease or to try and resolve the matter. This morning I just recieved a blank email from takealot. Its as if they are waiting for me to forget about the money owed to me
