Takealot is an utter MESS!

Received a gift voucher for R1000 and decided to buy some running shoes and to use up the voucher some other smaller items. I paid with the gift voucher and had an outstanding amount of R119 which I would pay on delivery. Next day I see that the running shoes had been cancelled from Takealot's side. When the driver arrived I was told that I still needed to pay the R119, even though they had cancelled the shoes which were R819. They havn't given me a refund for shoes and I still need to pay even though I already paid R1000 in credit for an order that is now only valued R300.

Tried to cancel the order before shipping via their website, but after 2days I have yet to be contacted. It's clear that Takealot DOES NOT CARE about customer service. They can easily delete items without notice, send the wrong items and ***** your money with NO customer care in sight.

I will be vary weary to use them ever again in the future.
