Takealot is an uncaring ***** - BEWARE

Takealot epitomises the very worst of online life. An HP laptop that was deficient from the word go. It then completely failed, was repaired, failed utterly and entirely again, followed by a request for ME to pay for the repairs. That request was then waived after I mentioned the Small Claims Court, with the assurance that they were simply waiting for receipt of the goods and would then deliver it back to me. That was WEEKS ago. Thank God my income doesn't depend on this machine. Lotsa mails, lotsa **** talking, no machine. Poor service. Goodbye Takealot. You SUCK. Neither I nor my family members nor anyone I can possibly influence will ever buy from Takealot again. Takealot indeed takes a lot that doesn't belong to them - my patience, my tolerance, and ultimately the vestiges of consumer service that they completely fail to comprehend. I sincerely hope the company goes bang. Soon. Sincerely, I hope this. I'll do my part. Naspers jou ma se g**. Get out of the South African economy. Vrek!
