Takealot is alot!!!

I recently tried this ordering online and I need a universal remote and thought to myself why not. I placed my order and when I saw the box 3 days later it looked huge, when I opened it it was a flask. Why would I order a pink flask in this heat and weather. I placed a return order it is 5days later and takealot is still accessing my return. There is no phone call, no courtesy call. No email, nothing. I am never doing this again
