Takealot is a waste of time

Poor service and totally unprofessional. I waited an entire day for an order that was never delivered. They didn't even care that I had other things to do than just sit and wait for their delivery people. They delivered yesterday, Monday, June 26, 2023, at midday as if nothing had happened.

I will not advise anyone to use Takealot. People must just go to shops like Makro and others to shop. There is better service and quality there than at these self-centered online stores.

Any delivery must last no more than two-hour period, e.g. 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. We can't just be made to wait the entire day for rude, unprofessional, and ill-mannered delivery people.
